Each user of your GenVox unified communications system has access to a powerful web portal for managing voicemail, call history, and more. Having access to the web portal offers consistency across all devices and optimizes workflow communication. While using the web portal, desktop call controls appear when making or receiving a call.
These controls allow you to see who is calling and manage a current call. With a click of your mouse, you can make calls from your desktop app by using your computer’s mic and speakers—or you can connect to your phone system and dial calls from your desk phone.
